1. About Meatbah

Meatbah is a Sabah-based business focused on making quality beef more accessible to everyone. We offer premium cuts of beef along with simple cooking tips to help you enjoy great meals at home. We’re here to make your beef journey easy, tasty, and educational.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information at all times and to use the site in accordance with all local laws and regulations.

• Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly due to natural variation in beef cuts.
  
• All weights are approximate, and slight differences may occur due to trimming and packaging.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in MYR and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, e-wallets
  
• Orders will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
  
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or payment issues.

6. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Kota Kinabalu and selected areas in Sabah.

• Delivery days are typically on weekdays and Saturdays only.
  
• We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
  
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
  
• If delivery fails due to incorrect info or no one being present, we may charge a redelivery fee.

While we try to stick to scheduled delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen issues. We’ll always keep you updated if anything changes.

7. Refunds, Replacements & Issues

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we’re committed to your satisfaction:

• If there’s a problem with your order (wrong cut, packaging damage, etc.), contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  
• Provide photos and a clear description of the issue.
  
• We may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect handling, or improper storage.

8. Storage & Consumption

All our beef is handled with care and shipped in frozen condition. Upon receiving your order:

• Store meat in the fridge/freezer immediately.
  
• Follow safe food handling and cooking practices.
  
• We are not liable for any issues caused by improper handling or consumption after delivery.

9. Promotions & Discounts

We may run special offers or promo codes from time to time.

• These are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
  
• Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.
  
• Each promotion may have its own terms, which must be followed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, recipes, brand name, and logo—is the property of Meatbah unless stated otherwise.

• You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
  
• User-generated content (e.g., reviews, photos) may be used by us for marketing purposes.
